Welcome to Multi Wash

These terms and conditions apply to Multi Wash Sdn. Bhd. website (multiwash.com.my), related applications, content, products & services.


Orders that have not been paid for within 30 days of the drop off date will be considered abandoned and all property will be donated to charity.

Unclaimed items (Laundry Box)

All property once returned to a locker must be removed from the locker within 24 hours. Property not claimed after 24 hours will be removed from the locker and items will be delivered back to HQ. Customers have up to 30 days to claim their property from our HQ location. Any property not claimed within 30 days of the original returned date will be donated to charity or sold to recover the cost of cleaning.

Unclaimed items (Door 2 Door)

Failure to contact customer to arrange a delivery time back for more than 3 days from the date where the garments and articles are ready for delivery will be considered abandoned. Any property not claimed within 30 days of the original returned date will be donated to charity or sold to recover the cost of cleaning.

Damaged Property

Multiwash follows the standards and policies set forth by our organization. We exercise the utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. We cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics; or against damage to ancillary items such as belts, buttons, beads, ties or zipper pulls. Multiwash liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.

Any damaged items must be reported via email to sales@multiwash.com.my and returned to Multiwash HQ for inspection within 7 working days.

Multiwash reserves the right to refuse cleaning any item.

Lost Items

Any lost items must be reported via email to sales@multiwash.com.my within 3 working days. Multiwash makes its best reasonable effort to track every item that we process and will review all lost items claims on a case by case basis. Any items determined to have been lost by Multiwash will be reimbursed and shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition. Items will be considered lost 30 days after the initial claim is filed if items still not found. (Not applicable for Laundry Box)

When leaving items in Laundry Box, please ensure that your locker has been correctly closed and locked. Multiwash is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a failure to properly lock the locker. Our Laundry Box is under 24 hours surveillance, however Multiwash will not be repsonsible for any lost items under any circumstances when using Laundry Box. We will however try out best to assits any matter relating to this.

When using our door 2 door service, Multiwash is not responsible for your items before they are picked up or dropped back off. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your items during that time.

All claims of lost items will be reviewed on case to case basis and the final decision shall be made using available evidence. Shall Multiwash find any possibility of a fraud case, Multiwash will immediately close the case and hand it over the appropriate authority if required.

Loose Items

Although, we try as hard as possible track such items, we are not responsible for loose items such as jewelry, watches, cash, detachable buttons, cufflinks, belts, broaches, stings, laces, hoods or loose items on garments, hangers, etc.. We request that customers remove these items and empty pockets prior to leaving items with us as we can not be held responsible for damage to your garments from items left in pockets (Lipstick, Gum, Pens, etc.).

Personal Property

Any personal property placed in a Laundry Box that appears to have value will be removed by Multiwash and stored for 30/10 days. If items are unclaimed after 30/10 days, all property will be donated to charity.

Turnaround Time

Based in Klang Valley, Multiwash is the solution to city dwellers laundry woes by providing premium and speedy pickup and delivery service. Drop off before 9.30am and collect garments in 2 working days.


You understand that use of our services may result in payments by you for the services you receive charges. Charges will be inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Charges paid by you are final and non-refundable.

While we are completely committed to offering your our very best service, we know that there are various reasons why cancellations occur. All refunds or reimbursements offered by Multiwash to the customer, must be claimed by the customer within 48 hours period. Once 48 hours period has expired, the customer’s claim will be considered resolved and closed.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after reviewing the request. Please note that additional information may be requested to support the issuance of the refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

We amend these Terms and Conditions / Prices from time to time. Every time you wish to use our Services, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms that will apply at that time. These Terms were most recently updated in December 2018.
